Set to music with our own unique teaching style, this class encourages longer holds in postures compared to flowing Vinyasa classes. While the studio isn’t heated, you’ll still work up a sweat, so be prepared with a towel. This class emphasizes discipline and alignment, making it ideal for those looking to deepen their practice.

Set in a heated studio with temperatures between 85-95 degrees, this class is paired with lively, upbeat music that might even inspire you to sing along. It’s a vibrant and invigorating experience that leaves you feeling both energized and grounded. Don’t forget to bring your mat, towel, and water!

With options to close your eyes and tune into your inner world, this class provides a grounding and meditative experience. Ideal for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, the room is comfortably heated or cooled to around 80 degrees for optimal relaxation.
